Cancellation Policy

1. eBooks
   • Once an eBook is purchased and downloaded, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
   • If you have not downloaded the eBook and wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
2. Hardcover Books
   • Orders for hardcover books can be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
   • If the book has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

1. eBooks
   • Due to the digital nature of eBooks, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
   • Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases such as duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing access to the file.
2. Hardcover Books
   • Refunds for hardcover books will be issued in the following cases:
     • You receive a damaged or defective book.
     • The wrong book is delivered.
   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the book.
3. Donation-Based Purchases
   • If the purchase of a book is linked to a donation, the donation portion is non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will only apply to the product’s cost.

3. Return Policy for Hardcover Books

• Returns will be accepted for defective or incorrect books only.
• To initiate a return, please email us at apvschool@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return.
• Once approved, the book must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

4. Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
